1. Scope

The following terms apply to the services offered by Büllmann Coaching. 

2. Contract

2.1 The contract between Büllmann Coaching and the customer comes about through written confirmation (also by e-mail) of the customer's participation in the respective offer.

2.2 These terms and conditions, the customer's registration and the written confirmation by Büllmann Coaching form the entire contract between the customer and Büllmann Coaching.

3. Scope of Services

Büllmann Coaching makes it clear that the services provided are those of a service contract according to  § 611 BGB. 

4. Compensation

4.1 The amount of the fee results from the information given when registering or making an appointment. 

4.2 The fee is due by bank transfer after receipt of the invoice without deduction on the payment dates specified in the invoice.

5. Coaching

5.1 The coaching takes place in person, by telephone or online.

5.2 An individual appointment is made between Büllmann Coaching and the customer.

5.3 If the customer is unable to keep the appointment, they must cancel it in writing or by telephone no later than 24 hours before the start of the agreed appointment.

5.4 If the customer does not cancel in accordance with 5.3 and does not keep the agreed appointment, the entire amount for the agreed service becomes due.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Hamburg.

6.2 Changes and additions to the contract must be in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement.

6.3 Büllmann Coaching collects and uses the customer's personal data exclusively within the framework permitted by the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). With his registration, the customer agrees to the automated handling and processing of his personal data for the purpose of service processing.
